    Well, a question came up as to why they can't find explanations or translated tabs close to what I posted thus far...

    My answer was there are plenty and plenty of PhD thesis of this study and there are libraries and libraries of this and other translated works exclusively at Universities. These are textbooks, short essays, discussion parables <- very expensive. However, if it is your will to complete your understanding, please take your time to thoroughly study these materials.

    Fyi, Ivy Leagues curates about 70% of all North American translated texts in Tao and Lao-Tzu. Top 1% of all English translated explanation is published every year in highly decorated curator press.

    Makes it hard for people to get but it's worth every penny when you do get it.

    Kudos for everyone~

    The way that can be written
    Is not the constant way;

    [ch.1]

    ...and...

    Without stirring abroad
    One can know the whole world;
    Without looking out of the window
    One can see the way of heaven.
    The further one goes
    The less one knows.
    [ch.47]

    ...and...

    Truthful words are not beautiful; beautiful words are not truthful.
    Good words are not persuasive; persuasive words are not good.
    He who knows has no wide learning; he who has wide learning does not know.

    Therefore the sage knows without having to stir,
    Identifies without having to see,
    Accomplishes without having to act.
    [ch.81]

    I love to play devil's advocate. :-)
